What are the yard waste requirements for pickup?

Yard waste does not need to be bound, tied or containerized in any manner; however, there is a limit to the amount of yard waste that can be placed at the curb each week. Any yard waste pile that is larger than 2 cubic yards (3 feet by 3 feet by 6 feet), or contains any material that is longer than 5 feet in length or 6 inches in diameter, will need to be picked by a separate truck.

Bagging yard debris does make it easier for Waste Pro to remove items.

When yard waste does not meet requirements, Waste Pro will have additional costs associated with pickups. The customer would be required to pay to Waste Pro directly. If the amount is over the limit, you will see a tag on the pile explaining what the cost to remove it would be. If you do not want to pay additional fees, you can put out smaller piles that are under the limit each week and Waste Pro will pick it up.

Please remember if you hire a local landscaper or lawn service company, they are responsible for debris removal if the amount of yard waste exceeds the allowable amount for a regular weekly pickup.
