Pipe Replacement Scheduled on Easterly Place for Overnight Repairs

The Stormwater Department will be installing an emergency pipe replacement repairs located near 4 Easterly Place in Palm Coast. This road closure notice is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, June 13 through Wednesday, June 14, 2023 with overnight operations from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Residents are advised to relocate their vehicles during these hours to ensure minimal disruption to their daily activities. Parking is available on the City right-of-way along Belle Terre Parkway. Pedestrian access will be available to the Belle Terre Parkway sidewalk by traveling through the City’s stormwater easements located at the end of both Eastern Place and Easton Place. 

City of Palm Coast Fire Department staff will remain onsite for the entire duration of the road closure. The Flagler County Sheriff will also be in the area. Please see the image on the back on this page for further information regarding access and parking. 

Proper MOT and detour signs will be placed.
