It appears that the building does not meet the openining restriction requirements in 705.8.1/Table 705.8. Based on the separation distance shown on the site plan between Building 10 and this building of of 24 feet, unprotected openings in a non-sprinklered building may not exceed 45% of the area of the wall. Openings are well in excess of this percentage. Revise plans to indicate the building is to be provided with an NFPA 13 fire sprinkler system to achieve the unlimited opening area needed for this building. 2.. Provide Product approval number for metal wall panels 107.2.1 3. Upload PEMB plan sheets in separate files. AHJ. 4. Provide verifiable digital seal on each plan sheet. F.A.C.61G15-23.004 5.
