Property appraiser shows the owner is a company Janc Holdings LLC. The agreement must be in the company name and if Attila is the signer for this company he would print his name and sign the bottom. Then his signature needs to be notarized. You can sign as a witness not the licensee. Records show there is an existing dock. Is this being removed? The length of ALL docks, inclusive of all components, shall not exceed 65 percent of the property frontage along the canal. Frontage of this lot is 72.54. Dock size and setbacks must equal this. Total dock they can have is 47.15. That includes the existing and what you are adding. Show that on site plan.You whited out the existing dock. If they aren't removing it we need to see it with measurements on the site plan with your proposed dock so we can verify it does not exceed the 65% allowed. You are missing page 3 of plans.You submitted it in the Seawall permit. Please upload to this permit.
