The City of Palm Coast is proud to announce that we will be holding a Video Contest for our high school seniors to celebrate 2022 FL City Government Week! Please submit a video 60 seconds in length telling us what you love most about Palm Coast! The submission deadline is October 12th, 2022 so get filming now!

Rules and Guidelines

Submissions are now being accepted for the 2022 City of Palm Coast Video Contest to celebrate FL City Government week. Submit your video by clicking the button below and sending the file to Communications@PalmCoastGov.Com

All entries must be submitted in digital format.
Please submit your entry by visiting wetransfer.com and sending your file to communications@palmcoastgov.com. In the “Subject” portion of the submission form please type “2022 Palm Coast Video Contest - [INSERT YOUR VIDEO TITLE]”. Please list the main Producer/Point of Contact in the “Message” portion of the submission form as well as list any additional producers/members of your group ad their contact information as well.

Students must currently be in 12th grade.
Only students in the 12th grade will be able to participate.

Group Entries
Students may work together in groups or submit entries as individuals.

Video Length
The video should not be longer than 60 seconds. The 5-second title screen does not count towards this time limit.

Title Screen
All entries should begin with a 5-second full-screen “title screen” that includes the following information:
- Lead Producer’s name
- School name
- School city, state/country
- Title of video
- Total running time (not including the 5-second title screen)

Point of Contact
Each video must have one Lead Producer to serve as the main point of contact. Recognition and prizes will be given to all producers listed upon submission in the message portion of the WeTransfer form.

Media Release
You will need to have media releases for:
- Each person who has a speaking role in the video
- Anyone who is distinctly featured in the video
- Any student who creates song or music for the video
- Adult faculty members
Who doesn’t need to sign a release?
- Individuals in crowd scenes
