Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the City of Palm Coast. Please fill out the application below and a City employee will contact you regarding the next steps of the volunteer application process.

*This checklist is to determine what department is the best fit for you. The tasks you may be assigned could differ from this list. No volunteer is expected to do any task that they are physically unable or they feel uncomfortable performing.

Availability:*

*The City of Palm Coast appreciates your commitment to our city. The time period chosen is how long the City will plan for your assistance. However, there is flexibility in scheduling and the City understands if there are instances in which the schedule will need to be modified. These details of your schedule will be determined later between you and the department in which you are volunteering.

Flagler Volunteer Services will assist us in coordinating our "Special Events". If you are interested in being on the contact list for these events please check the box below. If the box is checked, the City will contact Flagler Volunteer Services to indicate that you are a volunteer with the City of Palm Coast. This will allow Flagler Volunteer Services to contact you regarding these volunteer opportunities. Please note that Flagler Volunteer Services may request that you fill out a separate application on their website.

APPLICANT CERTIFICATION:

I understand that I must take and pass the City of Palm Coast Background Screening requirements. I further understand that some felony convictions may preclude me from volunteering. If accepted for volunteer opportunities, I agree to comply with all rules and regulations governing my volunteer service.

I understand that the City of Palm Coast may choose to verify my previous volunteer service, employment history and references prior to serving as a volunteer and authorize those contacted to share information about me. I hereby release the City of Palm Coast, it's employees, my references, former employers, schools and individuals from liability for any damages to injury related to the taking of pre-membership examinations and the furnishing or use of this information.
