March 18, 2025, Food Truck Tuesday makes a much awaited return to Park Avenue. Beneficiary and food truck applications are now open through February 14, 2025. You can find the applications below with more information on each. Stay tuned for our confirmed food truck list and March's beneficiary. Tell your friends and family!

Beneficiary Information & Application
Organizations that are interested in being chosen as the beneficiary of a Food Truck Tuesday event must meet the following qualifications:
- Requesting organizations must be qualified as tax exempt under 26 USC 501(c) (3) and contributions to the agency must be tax deductible pursuant to 26 USC 170.
- Organization must be located in Flagler County and serve the residents of Palm Coast.
- Organization must submit IRS Determination Letter.
- Requesting Organization may submit one (1) application per year.
- Completed Application form must be submitted with the following documentation:
- Cover letter on the organization’s letterhead.
- Completed Food Truck Tuesday Approved
- IRS Determination Letter
- A copy of the organization’s W-9 IRS Form.
- Signed Release of Liability
- Minimum Insurance if required.
- Meeting with Parks and Recreation Staff to determine entertainment and activities.

Food Truck Vendor Information & Application
We invite local food trucks to fill out the application below to be considered for our Food Truck Tuesday vendor spots. Please keep in mind that we do prioritize local food trucks, and once selected we will confirm the dates as we rotate our food trucks so that everyone can get a chance to participate.
Participants and site locations will be selected on a “First Come, First Serve Basis” and space is very limited. Designated participant parking will be provided. Please be advised that the Division of Hotel and Restaurants will or may be on-site to conduct inspections and issue permits.
