Starlight Parade!
Join us for the much-anticipated return of the Starlight Parade on December 14th at 6 p.m. in Central Park, capping off our 25th anniversary celebrations! Pre-parade activities begin at 3 p.m. This festive parade will be a celebration of community traditions, featuring numerous community partners. Enjoy a delightful evening with food, entertainment, and fun for all ages. Don’t miss this opportunity to come together and honor the vibrant spirit of Palm Coast. Be part of this magical event and celebrate our community in style!

Event Timeline
The festivities begin at 3 p.m. with food trucks, entertainment, and more! See below for a complete timeline of the event: • 3:00 p.m.: Event Begins – Enjoy Central Park food trucks, family-friendly activities, and entertainment. • 3:00–4:00 p.m.: SOULFIRE band performs. • 4:15 p.m.: A special performance by The Dance Method. • 4:45 p.m.: Girl Scouts USA presentation. • 5:00–6:00 p.m.: SOULFIRE band returns for more lively music. • 6:00 p.m.: The Starlight Parade begins!

Event Parking
Public parking will be available throughout Central Park, including a grass lot beside City Hall. Attendees parking around Central Park will be unable to exit the park starting at 5:15 p.m. until the parade concludes, so please plan accordingly.

Overflow Parking
Overflow parking is available at Flagler Palm Coast High School. All school parking is available, whether you enter the front of the school off of State Road 100, or the side parking lot off of Bulldog Drive. Please note that parking at the school will require a walk to Central Park, so please plan accordingly.

Event Map
Pre-parade activities begin at 3 p.m. with food trucks, entertainment, and more! Activities include Letters to Santa, Photos with Santa in Santa's Village, live music by SOULFIRE, Community Performances by The Dance Method and The Girl Scouts. two holiday themed photo ops, multiple community Vendors/Exhibitors, and, of course, the Fantasy Lights Festival!

Food Trucks
Come hungry because we'll have something to everyone's taste buds! Cool Beans BBQ, Crazy Good Eats, Phonessa, Sweet Shelias, Irie Cuisine, Grouper Therapy, Southernly Sips, Cluckin’ Chicken, Traveling Tom’s, Original Philly Snowy Smoothie Saloon, Kona Ice, Wandering Hoagie, Holly’s Sweet Creations, Kerala Express, Tabs, and Tacos Land.

Parade Route
The Starlight Parade route will wind through Central Avenue, Park Street, Lake Avenue, City Place, and Bulldog Drive, with final disembarkment at the Flagler Palm Coast High School Campus.

Important Notice
Vendor registration is closed for this event. The ONLY way to become a vendor was through the Rotary Club of Flagler County or Palm Coast Parks & Recreation. The City of Palm Coast will NEVER designate a private account to collect payments to participate in events. When in doubt, call us at 386-986-2323.

Visit the Palm Coast 25th Anniversary Living Time Capsule Now through September 2025

In 2024, the City of Palm Coast celebrated it's 25th Anniversary, marking a milestone in our city's history that was celebrated at our special celebration in October. During this event, we unveiled the Palm Coast 25 Living Time Capsule, commemorating our unique history with historical artifacts that help tell the story of the City of Palm Coast. This living time capsule will be displayed throughout the city at the following locations, during the specified dates:

November 2024-January 2025: Palm Coast City Hall

February-April 2025: Southern Recreation Center

May-August 2025: Palm Coast Community Center

September 2025: Palm Coast Historical Museum (Holland Park)
