A new wave of fun is on the horizon in Palm Coast! The City is thrilled to announce that Serenity Falls Mini Golf, an exciting, high-tech 18-hole miniature golf course, will soon become the newest attraction in Town Center. The locally owned small business is set to break ground early next year on just over two acres of land directly across from Epic Theatres - an over $1 million investment.
Valued at more than $1 million, this project marks another significant investment in Palm Coast’s up-and-coming Town Center district. Designed with a tropical, park-like feel, Serenity Falls Mini Golf will feature lush natural landscaping, sparkling waterfalls, and Key West–inspired architecture that blends seamlessly with the surrounding area. The space will be enhanced with string lighting for a warm evening glow, creating the perfect destination for family fun, date nights, and friendly competition.
The course will include small concessions serving snacks, beer, and wine, as well as a 30-by-20-foot pavilion ideal for hosting birthday parties, graduations, and other celebrations. The site plan includes a parking lot, with additional street parking available nearby.
Accessibility and sustainability are key components of the project. The course will be ADA accessible and designed with minimal water and sewer use, incorporating reclaimed water for its scenic ponds.
Miniature Golf Solutions, a leading builder in the industry, will oversee construction. Once open, hours of operation are expected to be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
In addition to providing a new recreation option for residents and visitors, Serenity Falls Mini Golf represents a positive step forward for Palm Coast’s growing local economy. Developments like this create new jobs, attract tourism, and encourage additional investment in the Town Center area — strengthening the city’s long-term economic vitality.
“This is exactly the kind of project we’ve envisioned for Town Center,” said Vice Mayor Theresa Pontieri. “It’s something for all generations to enjoy and an example of how local entrepreneurship and thoughtful planning are coming together to bring our community’s vision to life. Seeing projects like Serenity Falls Mini Golf take shape shows that the future we’ve been working toward in Palm Coast is becoming a reality.”
With its tropical charm, community-centered amenities, and modern design, Serenity Falls Mini Golf is poised to become a beloved local destination and a shining example of the vibrancy flourishing in Palm Coast’s Town Center.
