Multi-Purpose Room
The Multipurpose Room is located on the second floor of the
Southern Recreation Center and provides the ideal space
for meetings, events, and other small gatherings. Featured
amenities include an exit to the outdoor patio space, three TV
monitors, windows with a view to the tennis courts, and an open
space to support a variety of event layouts.
Fitness Room
The Fitness Room is located on the second floor of the Southern
Recreation Center and provides the ideal space for fitness
classes, health & wellness programs, and more. Featured
amenities include water fountains, a water bottle refill station, a
cushioned bench, a large open floor space, mirrors, and two TV
monitors.

Due to its limited capacity and overall design, the Fitness Room is not suited for any large gatherings or celebratory events, and therefore does not support any of the rental layouts using tables and chairs. To ensure the best experience, please provide all necessary details regarding your rental to the Southern Recreation Center staff so they can best accommodate your class/program/event. Please refer to the rental layout guide for a list of all available equipment.
