Note: Held By: CCOTE The following items must be submitted in order to complete the Building Permit Application plan review. 1. Provide detail for infill of masonry opening above arch windows. 2. Revise gable end detail for a flat ceiling. The detail provided is for a vaulted ceiling which does not apply and if it did apply to this project it would not be acceptable. 3. The step bond beam detail indicates that there are two vertical cells side by side. The plans do not show double cells at all stepped bond beam locations such as at the side wall of the Master Bath and rear wall of Bedroom #2. 4. Provide detail indicating framing to be used and how framing is to be fastened to masonry for the arches at front entry and rear porch as well as the roof returns at Bedroom #3. 5. Provide a glass block installation detail. 6. Provide a lintel schedule. Indicate type, size, reinforcing type size and location for all masonry opening. The floor plan indicates only some of the lintels and the wall section has only generic information. *Ideally the floor or roof framing plan(s) would contain a symbol at each opening that corresponded to a lintel schedule. I have attached a copy of a "SAMPLE" lintel schedule that is acceptable.
