This does not appear to match the foundation plan at 8" wide. Revise plan or detail as required. 2. The lintel schedule has values that do not those contained in Cast-Crete literature. Please revise. 3. The lintel schedule provided appears to have an A, B, C, or D for each lintel type. There is no indication as to which one appears to each opening; such as L1A, L1B….. etc. 4. The lintel type descriptions do not match those used by Cast-Crete. Please revise to coordinate type designation used by Cast-Crete. 5. Provide information regarding down cell reinforcing type, size, required locations and maximum spacing. 6. Provide size of header to be used at openings in interior bearing wall. Include any connectors, straps, and/or fasteners to be used. 7. Indicate plywood wall sheathing to be used at gable end. Include thickness, grade, and fastening type size and spacing. 8. Indicate tapcon size and spacing to be used to secure wood framing to masonry at arch window over entry doors. 9. Provide framing detail for entry archway. Include framing size and attachment information. *A 'SAMPLE' Lintel Schedule is attached as an example of an acceptable lintel schedule.
