Indicate on the drawing(s) the construction methods to be used to meet the required separation of garage from house and attic. Reference FRC Section R309.2. 2. Indicate whether attic access in garage will be a pull-down stair or a removable panel and indicate how access will be constructed to comply with FRC Section R309.2. 3. Provide detail as to how mechanical unit and ductwork will be constructed to comply with FRC Section 309.1.1. 4. The Energy Packets submitted are outdated forms. Resubmit new 600A-2004 forms, Energy Gauge v.4.0. 5. Clarify notes on T1: a. Floor plan note #2 calls for a 16" bond beam and the wall sections only show an 8" bond beam. Clarify what is required. b. Notes for palm coast only #3 calls for (1) additional rebar in pre-cast lintels. This additional rebar is not shown on the details. Clarify what is required. c. Dowel rod repair note references Hilti C-100 which is no longer available. Please revise. 6. The P.C. lintel schedule values for gravity and uplift loads do not match those of Cast-Crete. Please revise. Also, based on wall sections it appears that all lintels will be an 8" filled lintel with 1 #5. If this is the case, please remove the other columns for 16, 20, 24; however if they are to apply clearly indicate an 8, 16, 20, or 24 for each lintel designation.
