Provide beam sizes for BM1, BM2 and BM3. Indicate connectors to be used at each end. These must be on a signed and sealed drawing and shall include connectors to be used. 2. Provide information for bond beam. 3. Provide interior bearing wall detail. 4. Provide lintel information indicating size and reinforcing. Ideally this would be added to window and door schedule with a column for this. Example: "8F16-1B/1T". In addition add all masonry openings. 5. Provide header sizes for all openings in 2nd floor wood framed exterior walls and 1st floor bearing walls. 6. Update gas riser diagram to indicate pipe material and size for underground pipe length from tank to regulator. 7. The framing layout from ALLSTAR had loading that does not meet code requirements. It only stated a 10psf for the BC Live load when the attic storage area must be 20psf. In addition, the mechanical unit will be in attic and there must be a not indicating this additional load on the framing layout.

Update all General Notes, Specifications, Truss package, Bennett design statement, and other notes to reference to the current code version and sections. The current code version is the 2004 Florida Building Code - Residential (FRC 2004). Only some of the notes on the drawings have been updated to the current code. 2. Indicate on drawings what type of door is to be used for door from garage to house. Reference FRC 2004 Section R309.1. 3. Indicate on the drawing the construction methods to be used to meet the required separation of garage from house and attic. Reference FRC Section R309.2. 4. Indicate locations of attic access for upper roof section. 5. Indicate how access panel in garage will be constructed to comply with FRC Section R309.2. (A pull down stair is not equivalent to ½" gypsum unless it is a rated assembly.) 6. Provide detail as to how mechanical unit and ductwork will be constructed to comply with FRC Section 309.1.1. 7. The Energy Packets submitted are outdated forms. Resubmit new 600A-2004 forms, Energy Gauge v.4.0. 8. The ceiling height over the toilet in the Powder Room does not comply with FRC R305.1 exception 4 that states a minimum 6'-8" ceiling height is required over fixtures. 9. Provide a 2nd floor framing layout. 10. Provide beam sizes for BM1, BM2 and 2nd floor porch beam. Indicate connectors to be used at each end. 11. Provide information for bond beam. 12. Provide interior bearing wall detail. 13. Provide a bond beam transition detail. 14. Provide lintel information indicating size and reinforcing.
