The poles must have been moved since the survey was done. There is a new house under construction right where the Bench Mark was located (#25). Now there is a pole at the left property line of house #23 instead of at the right side as shown on the survey, but it has no bench mark. There is also a pole at the right property line of house number 25 with a bench mark nail in it. However this nail does not coinside with the elevations given so it must be for the house under construction at #25. We need a new survey to complete the swale plan.

How is this beam supported at this end and how is connected and how is a continuous load path to the foundation achieved? 6. Provide a 2-story wall section indicating all framing components as well as connectors used to secure 2nd floor walls to beams and walls below. 7. Provide connectors to secure bearing posts to foundation and to beam. 8. Provide lintel information indicating size and reinforcing for all lintels including but not limited to windows, doors, garage doors, entry and covered porch.
