Provide details of barrel vaulted tile roof over exercise room to meet FBC 2004/B section 1507.3.2 5. Provide draftstop location in attic spaces per note 3, sheet A3.1. 6. Clarify roof sheeting thickness. (Drawing A3.1 references ½" while A6.1 & S-4 references 5/8". 7. Provide subcontractor name, phone No. &license No. on building permit application for LP gas installation or indicate on drawing if LP gas system installation will be installed in a separate building permit application. 8. Provide size of LP gas underground tank. 9. Provide separate permit application for kitchen hood and equipments for plan review. 7. On M1, clarify plan key notes 5 & 11 for outside air duct as there are (2) number 5. 8. On M2, clarify split system schedule as there are (2) AHU-2/CU-2. 9.
