Note: Held By: KIANNOTTI Survey provided showing setback measurements from property lines shows... 1. (Top lefthand figure of sign) Sign must be a minimum of 20' from the property line since it is within 50' of the driveway. It is currently on 16.920 feet according to the signed and sealed survey provided. The exsiting sign does not meet the minimum setback requirements therfore must be moved. 2. (Bottom lefthand figure of sign) Sign must be a minimum of 20' from the property line if within 50' of the driveway, however the sign easement provided is only 20' deep. Therefore the sign must be moved a minimum of 50' from the driveway and must be a minimum of 10' from the property line.

Be advsied that according to the Development Order, "all signs proposed for this development require a separate permit application and associated fee(s)". Furthermore, when resubmitting for the two separate permits (1 for each monument sign), provide 2 color renderings for review and provide the color manufaturer name and color name of colors shown on the sign for approval. Finally, remove highlighting of "directional" signs on provided plans as directional signs do not require a building permit. Directional signs are considered 'exempt' signs and therefore are exempt from requiring a building permit; however they must comply with the Land Development Code regulations. The regulations required are..." shall be low profile signs not to exceed three (3) feet in height above grade and four (4) square feet of surface area, with the legend to be affixed thereon..."
