It is currently on 16.920 feet according to the signed and sealed survey provided. The exsiting sign does not meet the minimum setback requirements therfore must be moved. 2. (Bottom lefthand figure of sign) Sign must be a minimum of 20' from the property line if within 50' of the driveway, however the sign easement provided is only 20' deep. Therefore the sign must be moved a minimum of 50' from the driveway and must be a minimum of 10' from the property line. | |||

Finally, remove highlighting of "directional" signs on provided plans as directional signs do not require a building permit.
