Provide details of guardrails, at balconies, that meet the requirements of FBC 1015. 3. Provide more information on details of balcony screen enclosure showing sizes, spacing and method of attachment. 4. Provide roofing application instructions per FBC 1507.4.1.2. 5. Provide signs or stencils, which read, "FIRE AND SMOKE BARRIER PROTECT ALL OPENINGS" on all walls of rated construction and draftstop partitions, above decorative ceilings, in attic spaces and in other concealed spaces, per FBC704.2.1.4. 6. Equipment access through roof, 36x36 scuttle (A3.1C) does not show on structural roof framing plan (S-5). Provide structural section/detail and means of access. 7. Sanitary risers S/2 & S/3 shown on P-10 do not match with P-1, P-5, P-6 & P-7. 8. Indicate size of PVC condensate drain line (plan key note #3) on M-5 & M6. 9. Clarify electrical/elevator/storage rooms on the following : a. Wall construction- 2 sides indicate to be 2-hr fire rated, 1 side indicates non-fire rated. b. Electrical- storage room at 4th floor (top floor) is missing as E-6 indicates only for 3rd floor (Detail 1/E-4). Also, on E-7, plan title should be Roof Plan and not Top Floor. c. Structural - provide wall opening size, location & detail for elevator room ventilation equipment (VTAC-1).
