| Note: Released By: KDAVIS Application # VR-SBK-06-07 - On June 21, 2006, the PLDRB voted to approve a 5' variance for a swimming pool with a screen enclosure from the side property line abutting a street (corner lot). The approval is to allow the property owner to locate a swimming pool w/screen enclosure 15' from the property line abutting Wakeshire Place instead of the required 20' setback. Vote was 5 to 1. Although the plot plan submitted depicted the setback as 15'6" (which would actually require only a 4'6" variance), the request was for 5' by the Applicant (D&J Custom Bldrs) in order to provide a 3' decking along the pool. The PLDRB requested this information be placed on file. |
