| Note: Held By: CCOTE CITY OF PALM COAST BUILDING DIVISION Comments on Permit Application No. 2006020130 (194 Palm Coast Resort Blvd. - Bldg. D) 1. The following items regarding the size of underground piping needs to be clarified: a. All of the riser diagrams show plumbing fixtures for the 1st floor level when this level is actually a parking structure. Revise risers to show actual conditions by removing fixtures and showing additional offsets, cleanouts and pipe size changes. b. Several sanitary risers show a 4" line reducing down to a 3" line which is not allowed. Revise as required. c. Several sanitary risers show a 4" line while the plumbing plan shows the line 3". Revise as required. d. Riser S27 identified on the plan cannot be found. 2. Details 5/A7.3 & 15/A7.3 for the guard rails do not indicate how rails and posts are secured to the structure and how balusters are connected to rails to meet the load requirements of FBC 1607.7. 3. The following sheet names on the drawing index did not match those found on the drawing title block: a. E-1.8 b. E-1.9 c. E-1.10 d. E-1.11 e. E-1.12 f. E-1.13 g. E-1.14 h. E-1.15 i. E-1.16 j. P-1.5 k. P-1.6 l. P-1.7 m. S-1.1 4. The following sheets were found in the drawing package but were not listed on the drawing index list: a. E1.17 b. E1.18 c. P1.15 d. P1.16 5. It appears that some of the developed lengths of clothes dryer ducts exceed 25 feet. Either a booster fan is required or a clothes dryer stating with manufacturer information stating a developed length that equal to or greater than what is installed; refer to code section FMC504.6. Provide notes to drawings as required. a. If a booster fan is installed and not readily accessible than a label shall be placed adjacent to where the exhaust duct enters the wall. The label shall bear the words: "This dryer exhaust system is equipped with a remotely located booster fan." b. If a dryer is to be used that meets the installed developed length then a label shall be placed adjacent to where the exhaust enters the wall. The label shall bear the words: "This dryer shall meet or exceed the exhausting thru a developed length of *** per the dryer manufacturer's installation instructions." *** shall be the actual developed length installed. 6. The panels on Sheet E-1.16 do not list the specific HP condenser. Revise to list specific HP-A, B, C, P1, P2. 7. The roof plan on E-1.14 does not identify each of the HP condensers. Please add labels to each condenser to list HP-A, B, C, P1 or P2 as well as each condo unit that it serves. 8. Sheet M-1.6: The total number and the number of each type of condensing unit do not match the number of each condo unit type shown on C1.0.1. Ideally each condensing unit on the drawing would contain a label to a specific condo unit as well having the condensing unit affixed with a permanent label identifying the condo unit that it serves. | |||
