We check the topographic surveys against the city's as-built drawings corrected to the NAVD of 1988. Due to a swale rehab project in the area we have verified the as built elevations and found them the be between .08' and .18' higher than the original design elevations, which is consistent with the roads having been overlaid. The elevations are lower than we expected by 0.43 ft. which is outside our acceptable limits. Please submit three signed sealed topographic surveys for this property showing corrected elevations.
