| Note: 6/4/07 Job was reinspected and dead Bahia grass was found to be laid on top of the St. Augustine grass that was previously rejected. Bahia grass died due to drying out because roots were not in contact with the soil. Need to remove ALL sod down to bare soil and reinstall LIVE Bahia grass over all disturbed areas. This job will not be closed out until this is done properly. | |||

| Note: St. Augustine sod was used to sod the disturbed areas of the right-of-way and there is no irrigation, so this sod will die (most of it is already really brown). Need to replace with Bahia sod before approval can be given. Reinspection was called in on 5/17/07 and results of inspection were that nothing has changed. The St. Augustine sod that was installed in the swale of the right-of-way is now totally dead. Need to remove and replace with Bahia grass. | |||
