Sheet S1.0: Footing a. Wall at stair well and kitchen denoted as a bearing wall references detail 3/S1.1. The plan dimensions the footing width to be 16" while the detail states that a 2-story wall shall be 20". Revise plan or detail. 3. Sheet S1.1: CMU Reinforcing Note a. Note references a sheet S-2 however this sheet could not be found. Revise note or provide sheet. b. Note states reinforcing at 48" O.C. however the foundation plan shows spacing greater than this. Revise note or foundation plan. 4. Sheet 1.2: Threaded Rod a. The 2nd floor plan does not show all of the threaded rods in the exterior wall. The construction specifications state that the rod spacing to be 6'-8" maximum spacing. Add threaded wall designation per symbol legend. 5. Sheet S2.0: Construction Specifications a. The Bearing wall notes state "sill plate anchors per general notes". Provide information as to how sills to be secured at both conditions; wall below and lvl beam below. b. Shearwall anchoring system notes state that the rod to be attached to the foundation and the uppermost plate. This cannot be done on 3 walls because the walls sit on beams and there is no wall below. Revise note to state alternate condition or provide detail. If alternate 7/S2.0 is to be used then this should be indicated on the plans. 6. Sheet S2.2: Uplift Connector Schedule a. Schedule submitted is a generic schedule and is not acceptable. Provide a project specific truss connector schedule identify each truss and specific connector to be used at each connection point. b. Note states to provide typ. Connection at trusses as shown below. There is nothing below except for a mitered glass door framing detail. Revise note/provide information as required. 7. Sheet 5a: Attic Access a. No attic access is identified on the 2nd floor level. Revise plan to show access location. 8. Sheet 5a: Structural Information a. The wall sections contain structural information therefore this sheet must be signed and sealed or the structural information must be removed and moved to a structural sheet. b. Section 1/5A foundation dimensions do not the detail 5/S1.1 identified on the foundation plan. Revise this section or update foundation plan and detail. In addition, based on the grading plan the depth required may be more than what is shown. 9. General a.
