Electrical Comments: 1. E001-110: a. The following circuits have undersized loads in the panel schedule: 51, 55, 57, 59, 60, 61, 63, and 73. Please review and revise. b. The following circuits show no load for their identification in the panel schedule: 74, 76, 78, 80, and 82. Please review and revise. c. Please provide nameplate loads for the following equipment (circuit) for load calculation verification: X-ray viewing (1), X-ray machine (3), copier (5), refrigerator (7), washer (11), dryer (15:17), coffee maker (41), x-ray feeder (79:81:83), X-ray PIR (80). d. The load shown for circuit 23:25:27 is undersized. Please review and revise. e. Provide the nameplate load for the following equipment: CU-1-1-A, CU-1-1-B, AHU-1-1-A, AHU-1-1-B. Mechanical schedule has insufficient electrical data for load calculation verification. f. Revise Load Calculation to conform to NEC 220 using actual lighting, receptacle, equipment, HVAC and largest motor loads. g. It appears the Demand Load may be significantly larger than both the Suite feeder and the Meter/Circuit Breaker size given on the Riser. Please review and revise. 2. E101-110: a. Waiting 1100 shows conflicting circuit identification for fixtures on switchlegs 'a' and 'c'. Please review and revise. 3. E102-110: a. CU-1-1-A is not within 25' of a receptacle for servicing equipment per NEC 210.63. Please review and revise. b. VAV-1-1-A1 is shown in Mechanical schedule as 12KW @ 208V 3ph yielding 33A.
