Electrical Comments: 1. E001-160: a. Identify load (KVA) requirements, or remove, equipment listed in Panel Schedule circuits 61, 63, 65 and 79. b. Was supplemental heat required for AHU's in this suite, and if so, please provide KVA load for Load Calculation verification. c. The following circuits are showing undersized loads. Please review and revise. Panel 160: 5,7,8,9,11,13,15,16,17,18,19,21,22,24,25,26,27,29,36,39. d. Water Heater load in panel schedule should be 9000VA to match P001-160. Please review and revise load, circuit breaker, disconnect and wire size. e. Revise Load Calculations to conform to NEC standards showing actual lighting, receptacle, largest motor, equipment and HVAC per NEC 220. f. Please note that the panel schedule labeling for room identification is not correct for all circuits. 2. E101-160: a. Lighting plan shows (14) type 'A', (12) type 'M', plus (5) type 'UC3' fixtures totaling 2146VA on circuit 8. Maximum allowable load on a 20A lighting circuit is 1920VA per NEC 210.19(A)(1). Please review and revise. b. Clarify switching on plan sheet for Janitor closet 1609. c. Identify ceiling fan load in fixture schedule and add load to respective circuits for rooms 1625, 1636 and 1637. d. Identify fixture load in fixture schedule for Owner-furnished recess fixtures shown in Optical Retail 1602 (quantity 39) for Load Calculation verification. e. Provide wall switch 'd' on plan sheet, and identify circuit for (3) switchleg 'd' type 'M' fixtures shown in Optical Retail 1602. Add load for fixtures in panel schedule. f. Verify switching for undercounter lights in Optical Lab 1603. Switching not shown. 3. E102-160: a.
