Electrical Comments: 1. E001-170: a. Provide nameplate load for the following equipment: AHU-1-6-A, CU-1-6-A, VAV-1-6-B2, VAV-1-6-B4, VAV-1-6-B5, BD-1-6-B. Mechanical Schedule has insufficient electrical data for load calculation verification. b. The following circuits in the panel schedule have undersized loads shown: 7, 15, 17. Please review and revise. c. The following circuits in the panel schedule are missing their load: 44, 46, 48, 49, 50, 51, 53, 55. Please review and revise. d. Please identify the nameplate load of the following equipment (circuit) for load calculation verification: copier (25), refrigerator (31), microwave (53). e. Please revise Load Calculation to conform to NEC 220 using actual lighting, receptacle, equipment, HVAC and largest motor loads. 2. E101-170: a. Waiting 1700 and Procedure 1716 both show recess downlights but there is no current fixture identified in the Luminaire Schedule. Identify fixture type for these fixtures and provide total wattage each fixture type for load calculation verification. b. Identify circuit for Corridor 1705/1709 2'x4' and 2'x2' fixtures. 3. E102-170: a. Water Heater is shown in both the panel schedule and on the plumbing schedule as 9000VA @ 208V 1ph yielding over 43A. The Water Heater is shown on E102 with a 30A disconnect.
