Electrical Comments: 1. E001-250: a. Please verify the nameplate load for the refrigerator circuit 21. b. Circuit 38 RTU-2-4-A shows a load of 10.7KVA in the panel schedule. Sheet M001-250 shows a running total load of 37.1A yielding 13.36KVA. Please review and revise. c. Please verify nameplate loads for CU-2-4-A & AHU-2-4-A. Mechanical Schedule does not provide enough electrical data for load calculation verification. d. Revise Load Calculation to conform to NEC 220 standards including actual lighting, receptacle, equipment, HVAC and largest motor loads. 2. E001-250 & E102-250 - Panel schedule shows circuit 23 as receptacle for copier and fax. Circuit 23 does not appear on floor plan E102-250. Please review and revise. 3. E102-250: a. Circuit 15 shows duplex receptacles for a copier, a fax, and (3) convenience receptacles. Please identify the nameplate loads of the copier and fax to verify the actual circuit load. b. Room 2523 Breakroom is showing a Dishwasher with no circuit identified on the floor plan. Panel schedule shows circuit 31 as a dishwasher, but does not show the nameplate load.
