Note: Held By: KIANNOTTI According to the approved Development Order (DO) for this project and in conjunction with the requirements of the Land Development Code (LDC), if a building has frontage on multiple streets, each frontage shall be separately considered for the purposes of determining compliance with these regulations but the permitted sign areas for the secondary frontages shall be 50% in aggregate of the primary signs. Currently, the plans provided offer no separation between the Primary Monument Sign (DO states North Elevation as Primary Monument Sign at 32 s.f.) and the Secondary Monument Sign (DO states South Elevation as Secondary Monument Sign at 16 s.f.). Revise the provided plans to clearlly delineate the Primary Monument Sign vs. the Secondary Monument Sign and provide color renderings with the permitted square footage. Be advised that a building 10,000 s.f. or less is permitted a Primary Sign of a Maximum of 32 s.f. Upon resubmittal, provide bldg s.f. on the site plan. Further, be advised that wall signage is required to follow the same requirements as listed above. (FYI, the Development Order listed the Primary Wall Sign as the South Elevation at 32 s.f. with the Secondary Wall Sign as the North Elevation at 16 s.f.) The Primary and Secondary Signage as listed in the approved DO for this project may be changed, however maximum primary signage is 32 s.f. and secondary signage is permitted at 50% in aggregate of the Primary. Upon re-submittal, ensure that color renderings are revised to show Primary Monument and Wall s.f. and Secondary Monument and Wall s.f. as this will be different than previously submitted.
