There is an Addendum to the original PUD in which the reference to the exhibit has been removed. Therefore, the signage is required to follow the requirements of the Land Development Code. Section 7.03.06 permits a residential sign with maximum sign area of 24 s.f. The square footage of the proposed sign on the provided plans for this permit exceeds the 24 s.f. Also, setback shall be shown from the front of the landscape island with 20' to the proposed signage. Currently the setback measurement is shown from the subdivision property line to the proposed sign. Please revise. Spoke with Pau Fulks on 2/14/07. Reviewing with Constance Bentley for consistency. Will update 2/14/07
