Provide information for roof assembly including but not limited to roof deck type, attachment to structure, roof material and attachment. Identify roof slope and how obtained as well as Florida Product approval for roofing. 2. The revised drawings are not signed and sealed. Submit 2 signed and sealed drawing sheets. 3. Some of the detail notes indicate welded supports however no information is given for the weld type and length. This process will be considered a waiver application in which a formal Meeting Development Review Meeting is not required, but an administrative review will be completed. An application can be obtained from the city webstie at www.ci.palm-coast.fl.us. For questions, please contact a Land Development Technician at 986-3736. Upon site plan application submittal (and in additional to other documentation required), the following shall be considered. 1. Please advise if this permit is for the replacement of an existing canopy. 2.. Be advised that maximum canopy height is 15' (per the Land Development Code Section 4.04.01 B). Provide plans shall be revised to meet the maximum canopy height requirement in accordance with the Land Development Code. 3. Color renderings are required to provide staff a clear view of the proposed color along the proposed canopy. Be advised that because this property is within the boundaries of the Palm Coast Corridor in which color restrictions are listed in City of Palm Coast Ordinance # 2000-45, these color restrictions must be adhered to upon resubmittal. 4. Provide clear measurements from property line to the proposed canopy to ensure that the minimum setback measurement from the property line is adhered to. The current copy of plans provided is difficult to read.
