Note: Held By: EBLACKER We cannot complete the swale plan for this property due to a datum elevation discrepancy on the topographic survey. We check the topographic surveys against the city's as-built drawings corrected to the NAVD of 1988. The elevations given are different than expected by varying amounts at different points so an average offset correction is not applicable. The road centerline elevation at the LEFT property line extended appears to be 0.80ft low. The road centerline elevation at the RIGHT property line extended appears to be 0.58ft. low. This is an area designated as an extended depth swale where the swale slope bucks the road slope so elevations are more critical than usual.
