Note: Held By: EBLACKER We cannot complete the swale plan for this property due to a datum elevation discrepancy on the topographic survey. We check the topographic surveys against the city's as-built drawings corrected to the NAVD of 1988. The elevations are higher than expected. The elevations appear to be mid way between NGVD 1929 and NAVD 1988. The direction of swale flow along Clubfield Dr. is reversed. The swale drains to the mid point of the 80foot wide canal behind the property. There is a 40foot parcel behind the lot along Clubfield Dr. that is owned by the same party. It is desirable to grade both of these parcels as a whole. The minimun swale slope should be 0.1% from the corner to the outfall, even though Clubfield Dr. is essentially flat or slightly ascending. Please submit three signed sealed topographic surveys for this property showing corrected elevations. If we can be of help regarding this issue please call (386) 986-4760.
