The Men's Restroom does not meet code requirements per the following: a. The single user stall is required to provide a stall 60 inches deep per Florida Plumbing Code Section 405.3.1. b. The single user stall door requires 21 inches clearance in front of the water closet to a door. If the stall is to remain with a side entrance door it would have to swing out. c. The entrance door to the Restroom infringes on the 21 inch clearance required in front of the lavatory per Florida Plumbing Code Section 405.3.1. 2. The Women's Restroom does not meet code requirements per the following: a. The handicap stall does not meet the Florida Specific accessible stall requirements. The lavatory infringes on the clear floor space required for the water closet which is not allowed. Refer to Figure 30e of the Florida Building Code. b. " Provide hot water to the restroom lavatories per FBC/Plumbing, section 607.1.1. " FYI: Natural gas supply is not available at this site. LP gas is typically used in this area. " Revise gas riser diagram to reflect and changes deemed necessary, to account for the use of LP gas. " Indicate LP gas tank location, size and whether tank is to be above ground or buried.
