Electrical Comments: 1. E001-260: a. According to plans on file under permit #2006090629, Suite 260 Meter has a 400A frame with a 250A trip circuit breaker. Riser Diagram this sheet shows a 250A frame and a 225A trip circuit breaker. Also, if plans on file are correct with a 250A trip, the circuit breaker shown in the Riser Diagram E001-260 is not sized properly to protect the #4/0 AWG conductors per NEC 240. Please review and revise. 2. E001-260 & E101-260: a. Both circuits 1 & 3 have a quantity of fixtures which exceeds the maximum load allowed (1920VA) on a continuous duty 20A lighting circuit. Please review and revise.
