In addition, a letter from Grand Haven showing compliance with Covenants and Restrictions for the proposed activities is also requested. 2. The provided plans do not depict the wetland boundary to verify that the proposed activities will not result in wetland impacts. Is the wetland boundary established on the property via flags or stakes to identify sensitive construction areas? The note that "wetlands varies along property" is not sufficient. 3. Please provide a revised plan that is to scale with supporting survey that depicts the wetland delineation boundary, upland buffer, mean high water, and how the proposed activities will be stabilized to avoid sedimentary impacts to wetlands (i.e. turbidity controls, silt fencing, construction techniques, etc.). An alternative option is to provide all applicable state and federal permit(s) or letters of exemption for the proposed activities to satisfy these concerns. 4. With the exception of the proposed backfill area, will the remaining existing grade be modified that may require additional erosion control devices?
