Note: Held By: WKINELL The proposed FFE of 101.50 ft exceeds the maximum allowable residential building height of 35 ft. The proposed FFE may be a typographical error. Nail and disk in the roadway is not an acceptable elevation benchmark. Benchmark must be on power pole, fire hydrant or rim of man hole and referenced to NAVD 1988 datum. Benchmark must be clearly identified and exact location described, i.e., top flange of hydrant, north rim of manhole, etc. The site plan does not appear to state proposed finished grade elevations, a Lot Grading Plan (LGP) is required. The site plan does not include suffucient proposed elevations in the rear yard to demonstrate adequate stormwater drainage away from the house. All stormwater must be contained onsite and directed from the rear, to the front swale. It would be a great benefit if the house number were stated on all survey documents. Please submit corrected topo survey/LGP, to the Stormwater Department, that addresses the above listed issues.//wk
