On exit lights, referenced section 1016.2 is for minimum corridor width. Mechanical Comments: 1. Sheet M001-265: Rooftop A/C Equipment Schedule: Provide data on total sensible/cooling capacity and MCA/MOCP. 2. Sheet M001-265: VAV Box Schedule: Verify if VAV-2-13-B and VAV-2-13-C can deliver the required CFM indicated on plan. The maximum CFM on those VAV is about 25% less than the required CFM. 3. Sheet M101-265: Mechanical Roof Plan Notes: Note #2 does not match with the roof plan. Plumbing Comments: 1. Sheet P801-265: Domestic Water Isometric Suite 265: a. Water heater cold/hot water piping branch take off do not match with plan. b. Cold water piping supply to lMB-1 at Break Room and at Processing Room does not match with plan. Electrical Comments: 1. Sheet E001-265: a. Electrical Drawing List shows E601 Electrical Power Single Line diagram, but this drawing was not submitted with the plans. b. Panel Schedule 265 - Circuit 30 has no KVA shown. Include KVA in revised load calculations c. Review and clarify Suite 265 load calculations for lighting, receptacles and HVAC 2. Sheet E102-265: a. Business Office 2651 shows (1) duplex receptacle.
