Electrical Comments: 1. Sheet E-1 One Line Diagram: a. Provide information on how generator sourced conductors are tapped into Panelboard A feeder. Power cabinet information was not previously submitted. b. Appleton Technical Support states that the 200A 4W4P Generator receptacle #ADR20044RS Style 1 is not designed for 1PH3W service. They state that for Style 1 receptacles, the receptacle shell is the ground. They recommend that with a 120/240V, 1PH3W service, if it is desired to have the equipment ground wire connected to one of the 4 poles, their Style 2, 3W4P, #ADR20034RS which is designed for this purpose and service type be used. On One-Line Diagram Appleton generator receptacle identification given is for a 4W4P receptacle. Note at generator receptacle states that "1 pole not connected". Please explain how this receptacle is going to work with a standard 120/240V delta (high leg) mated plug which has 3 phases, a neutral, and a ground.
