Both the 15KVA MPZ transformer and the 3KVA transformer in WPCP show voltage transforming to 120/240V 1Ph. Riser this sheet has power source entering Service disconnect before Meter. Power source must pass thru Meter first. c. Riser this sheet shows Service ground developed at the Meter. Meter enclosure can be bonded, but Service ground is developed at the first means of disconnect, which would be the Service Disconnect. Please revise. |
