| Note: Held By: SKNOPF CITY OF PALM COAST BUILDING DIVISION Comments on Permit Application #2008010103 (100A Single Phase Service @ 176 Brookhaven Dr E.) 1/15/2008 The following items must be resolved in order to complete the Building Permit plan review. Electrical Comments: 1. Stirling & Associates Electrical Construction Single Line Diagram: a. Provide Panel schedule and information including amperage, voltage, # phases, MCB or MLO, and load (KVA) of any branch circuits. b. Single Line Diagram shows what appears to be a simple meter. Unless this piece of equipment is a combination meter/disconnect or combination meter/enclosed circuit breaker, the service grounding electrode conductor and grounding electrode need to come from the first means of disconnect, which appears to be the panel. Identify whether this is a combination meter/disconnect or revise the service grounding electrode conductor and the grounding electrodes to be developed at the panel. c. Description of proposed work on Permit Application indicates there may be some branch circuits installed under this permit. Identify any branch circuits that are going to be installed under this permit including the circuit numbers, location of load, distance of load from panel. d. Identify the size of the service grounding electrode conductor. e. Provide the location of FP&L's transformer and the distance to the meter and panel. f. Identify the size and quantity of the conductors, and size of the conduit from the meter to the panel. 2. Please note that City of Palm Coast requires 2 copies of all drawings be submitted for reviews. Upon approval, one copy will be retained by the City for scanning into our database for future reference, and the other copy will be returned to the contractor. …………………………………………… Susan J.
