| Note: Held By: SKNOPF CITY OF PALM COAST BUILDING DIVISION Comments on Permit Application #2008080020 (Parking Lot and Out-lot Lighting @ 4935 Belle Terre Pkwy) 8/4/2008 The following items must be resolved in order to complete the Building Permit plan review. Electrical Comments: 1. ES2.1/ES2.2: a. ES2.1 Detail 02 Electrical One-Line Riser shows the Service feeder from Utility transformer through the meter and the disconnect, to the 75KVA transformer to Panel PS1. ES2.2 shows the 2nd feeder from the same 75KVA transformer feeding through another meter to Panel PS2. Revise risers so that the Main meter is not metering the 2nd meter load. 2. ES2.1: a. Circuit PS1-7:9:11 Irrigation pump is not shown on plans. Provide circuit location on plans. b. Detail 01 Site Lighting Circuiting Plan shows circuits L-2:4, 6:8, 10, 12, and 14 for Site Lighting, but these circuits are already used within the Fire Station #21 building under Permit #2008040074 for other loads. Revise circuits this permit and submit revision to Permit #2008040074 that updates panel schedule for new circuits and load calculations in panel. c. Detail 01 Site Lighting Circuiting Plan shows new circuit MDP-13:15:17 with a 3P20A circuit breaker for pump motor. This circuit is shown as "space" on Fire Station #21 Permit #2008040074 plans. Submit revision to Permit #2008040074 showing updated MDP schedule with updated Demand Load calculations. 3. ES2.2: a. Circuit HP5-26 is shown for a 277V monument sign. Panel schedule HP5 under Kohl's permit #2008040312 shows this circuit as a 2P30A circuit breaker for parking lot lighting. Submit revision to Permit #2008040312 with revised panel schedule and updated demand load calculation. b. Circuit HP5-29:31 is shown for 1 "A" and 5 "B" site fixtures totaling 5115VA. Load in HP5 panel is undersized under Kohl's permit #2008040312. Submit revision to Permit #2008040312 with updated circuit load and revised demand load calculation. c. Circuit HP5-33:35 is shown for 3 "D" site fixtures totaling 5580VA. Load in HP5 panel is undersized under Kohl's permit #2008040312. Submit revision to Permit #2008040312 with updated circuit load and revised demand load calculation. d. Circuit HP5-30:32 is shown for site fixtures.
