| Note: requested by MARTHA It was noted in the permit that prior to final the loose dirt needs to be removed from the top of the rootball of the holly tree and the tree saucer mulched. Also, it appears that the irrigation line in the area was broken or otherwise compromised, as the zone did not run in the area of the tree and one head was clogged. Need to excavate to find the problem, clean and adjust the heads and run the system. Suggest contacting the irrigation maintenance contractor for the development to do this. WMB | |||
