Electrical Comments: 1. E002 and E003: a. Per NEC 220.87, to use the actual maximum demand as the basis of the load calculation, a full year of demand data must be reviewed, not 30 days. Provide 12 months of actual demand data showing highest demand, or revise Demand Load Calculation to reflect all loads of all sub-panels served by Panels LD1N1 and LD1CA. b. New Panel L1N4 and L1CL are both shown on their respective Risers as 120/208V panels, but both panel schedules and load calculations reflect 277/480V panels. Please revise. 2. E211: a. Lounge 1222 shows a refrigerator on circuit L1CK-19, but load in panel schedule is only represented as a convenience receptacle load. Provide appliance nameplate load per NEC 220.14(A) in panel schedule and update load calculation. b. This sheet shows a refrigerator on circuit L1CL-29 and an ice machine on L1CL-27. Panel schedule only shows convenience outlet loads for both circuits. Provide appliance nameplate load per NEC 220.14(A) in panel schedule and update load calculation. c. Circuit L1CL-25 is shown for a Pyxis system, but load in panel schedule is only shown as a convenience receptacle load. Provide appliance/specific load nameplate load per NEC 220.14(A) in panel schedule and update load calculation. d. A Monitor is shown for typical 'CD' on Detail 3/E211, but load shown is only for 2 convenience receptacles. Provide nameplate load for Monitor plus (1) convenience outlet per NEC 220.14(A) for circuits L1CL-7, 8, 15, 16, 24, and 32. e. Circuit L1CL-23 has monitor plus (4) convenience receptacles on this circuit (3 located at Nurses Station). FBC 419.3.15.7.4 states "There shall be no more than two receptacles per circuit" at each patient station. Revise. f. A TV is shown on circuit L1N1B-17 in addition to (3) convenience receptacles. Provide nameplate load for the TV in addition to the (3) convenience receptacle loads, and update load calculation per NEC 220.14(A). g. NEC 220.14(H) provides (2) options for fixed multi-outlet assembly shown in Equipment Alcove 1047. Revise load in panel per NEC 220.14(H)(2). h. Circuit is not identified on E211 for new NCMS shown on E411. Provide circuit and update panel load. 3. E311: a. Provide updated panel schedules for Panels H1CA and H1SB to reflect revised lighting circuits. b.
