Note: Held By: BBARTON -provide setbacks from the pool deck to the property lines (rear and side), the setbacks provided are from the house -when subtracting out the pool deck of 22' from the rear setback from the house of 34.18, you are left with 12.18'. The minimum rear street setback for a Duplex Zoning District is 15 feet. FYI -landscaping is required along the rear of the pool deck due to lot being highly visible -pool equipment must be screened from view emailed and faxed hold comments to contractor 04/07/09 @ 8:44 am 04/07/09 @ 4:14 pm, contractor came in and took site plans and all other plans associated with permit so he could make needed revisions
