Note: Held By: WBUTLER 1) Site plan submitted is not at all accurate as to what was constructed. Impossible to tell exactly where the poles are proposed to be placed. Need updated site plan with pole locations on it or stake locations in the field for verification. 2) It appears that the proposed light fixtures are to match the light pole in the right rear area of the site on the pole. This is a non-conforming light fixture that will cast glare onto the right-of-way and adjacent properties if not positioned in the horizontal configuration. New code requires a full cut-off type fixture that will not cause glare. Add note to the plans that these fixtures are not to be angled and are to remain horizontal to reduce off-site glare.
