| Note: PUNCHLIST FOR NIZCAD PLAZA LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION Permit Number 2010100215 10/13/11 1. One irrigation head on zone 1 near the holly tree closest to the entrance drive has been cut off by a mower. 2. On zone 1 in front of the backflow preventers there is a spray head that needs to be installed on a riser to clear the viburnum shrubs. 3. Several plants have died or do not even approach the quality of a Florida Number 1 shrub and will require replacement. These shrubs have been flagged with red survey ribbon. 4. Need to replace the sod on the west side of the bike rack that had dirt piled on it. It is mostly dead now. Also it appears that the east side of the site and the side on the north of the rear parking area was never sodded and it is total weeds. Need to either scrape all the weeds off (or spray with weed killer) and then re-sod with St. Augustine grass per the approved plan. 5. Clean up debris on the site, grass clumps, roots, concrete and asphalt, etc. 6. On irrigation zone 2, missing one spray head on the west side of the entrance drive against the curb. Need to install this per plan. 7. An area in the front buffer that does not have sod needs to be sodded and the dead, weedy area on the west side of the entrance drive off Cypress Point Parkway needs new sod. 8. Need to raise some of the heads on zone 2 so they clear the top of the grass. 9. When as-builts are submitted for the irrigation plans, make sure the following information is provided: - Measurements from two fixed points for the location of the valve boxes - A card in the controller that notes each zone by number and describes what area of the site it generally covers (make sure the zone numbering on the clock matches the numbering on the as-built) - Pick up all heads that were installed and not shown (there were a couple extra that were provided) and also show the added heads noted in this punch list. 10. On zone 3 need another riser on the southernmost spray head on the east hedge row in order to clear the top of the hedge. 11. Need to raise one head in the northeast landscape parking lot island that is hardly clearing the mulch. 12. Need to remove all mulch from the stems of the plants. 13. Fix the disturbed mulch around the concrete pads on the north side of the building. 14. Owner's option-All trees are not staked per the plan. If owner elects not to stake the trees, remove the old strapping from the trunks. 15. Remove silt fence from mitered end section from the west side of the site. 16. Adjust the heads on the west side of the building so the spray does not hit the building and move the heads further out that are closer than 12" to wall. 17. On zone 3, the first planting strip in front of the building needs an end strip to fully irrigate the holly shrubs. 18. In the center island in the front of the building, there are two side strips but also need an end strip on each end to reach the end holly shrubs. 19. Need sod on the west side of the parking lot as there is bare dirt. 20. Need to add one end strip in the front landscape planter just west of the landscape island with the oak trees. 21. One nozzle broken along the front of the building in the landscape island in front of the building. | |||
