Note: requested per Bill Butler 9/19/11 1. On north end of north section, west side, need to move 3 heads to within 8" of pavement edge. 2. On north end of north section, east side, need to move 1 head closer to within 8" of pavement. 3. General clean up note to sweep curbs and pavement clean of dirt, debris and rocks. 4. Remove the mulch and any loose dirt of the top of the rootballs of all shrubs. Make sure no branches of the shrubs are under the mulch. 5. Patch sod where noted on the inspection and level the area. There shall be no sod layed on top of other pieces of sod. 6. Fix broken spray nozzle on west side, just south of Whipporwill. 7. Missing two heads per the plan at the end of the sodded area on the south side of the palm tree cluster (the northernmost cluster in this island), south of Whipporwill. 8. At the far south end of the project, on the east side, last turf zone, there are several heads too far from the edge of pavement. Heads to be 8" from edge of pavement. 9. Move last head to the south to the north side of the traffic pole and center in the island. 10. In the last sod area to the south, on the west side of the median, the southernmost spray head is connected to the shrub zone and not with the rest of the lawn spray heads. Need to reconnect this head to the correct zone. 11. Need landscape and irrigation as-built mark ups with measured distances from two fixed points for all valve boxes, quick couplers, gate valves, wire splices and ground rods. 12. Need to modify the card in the irrigation controller at the pump station to reflect the new zones and program them into the controller to run as many zones at one time to reduce the water window. Indicate what zones are running together on the card. I believe we can run up to 300 gallons per minute. Run sod zones with sod zones and shrub zones with shrub zones. Keep bubblers separate. 13. Contractor to provide a two year warranty for survival of trees, shrubs and ground covers as well as a one year workmanship warranty on the irrigation system. Provide any manufacturer's warranty papers as well. 14. Soil sample information is still being reviewed as the city had conflicting soil tests showing unacceptable higher pH readings. This will be confirmed this week as to whether any soil modifications are necessary. 15. Delivery to the City one quick coupler key for the irrigation system quick couplers that were installed.
