Note: 1. Revise plan to reduce wall sign to comply with Chapter 12 subsection 12.04.07.b.1 which states: Wall signs shall not exceed seventy-five (75) percent of the width of the wall where they are placed, except if business is occupying more than one (1) unit and no other wall signs will be placed on the adjoining unit(s) or if there are architectural elements separating façades where signs would be located. 2. Revise the plans to remove the two side panel from sign permit and apply for separate building permit. Those panels are not signage and are considered to building elevation changes which require permit. 3. Apply for a building permit for elevations changes to include color name and LRV in accordance with Chapter 13 subsection 13.02.06.
