| Note: 1. Need to distinguish between what is new and what is the existing as-built plantings more clearly by maybe making the hexagonal box for the quantity and symbol a bolder outline than the existing plantings. 2. Sheet L-1 shows “lawn” in the buffer area along Pine Lakes Parkway and near the corner. What type of lawn? Bahia, St. Augustine or Zoysia? 3. On sheet L-3, in order to put a fountain in lieu of a required shade tree in the parking lot island in front of the office building, there must be shade trees planted at a maximum spacing of 40’ on center along the north side of the sidewalk that is adjacent to all of the parking spaces in that area. These trees must be a minimum of 3-1/2” caliper and 12-14’ tall. 4. Need a plant list for the new plants indicating total quantity needed, size and spacing if needed. Tree size is critical to confirm that the total mitigation for the trees removed without a permit is done. The mitigation per the Warning Notice that was issued was for 11 trees at a minimum caliper of 6” measured at 12” above grade. Also, height and spacing of wax myrtle hedge plants along the buffer of Pine Lakes Parkway is critical as the code requires a minimum of 24” in height at 3’ on center spacing or 30” in height (7-gallon) at 4’ on center spacing. |
