| Note: 1. Need the card in the controller to be revised or added to that describe what zones cover what portion of the site. Make sure the zone numbers agree with the irrigation as-built drawing. 2. General comment that heads need to be adjusted and cleaned out as necessary for proper operation and coverage. 3. Possible break in an irrigation line in a parking lot island at the rear of the building, just on the west side of where a sidewalk bisects the island. 4. Need to replace one oak tree that is undersized and does not meet the 3-1/2" minimum caliper size. Tree only measures 3" caliper. 5. The building perimeter landscaping was not done per plan and must be modified in the area behind the building. This will require the irrigation system to be modified to separate the additional shrub bed needed from the sod. Please modify the irrigation after this shrub bed has been added. 6. The existing landscape buffer replacements along Cypress Point Parkway will be handled with the re-inspection of the hospital site plans. 7. Wall pack lights need to have shields on them to insure that the fixtures are full-cut off per the City's lighting requirements. (This is a building department inspection item and noted here just for information). |
